Polypropylene Holding Tank Repair . . . Is it Possible ?

Hi everyone, I have a black polyprop holding tank and it appears that the friction weld for the discharge hose connection is leaking

Can anyone tell me if they know of someone in Ft Lauderdale who could do a Polyprop weld to save me having to buy a whole new tank ?

or ... a good source for odd shaped polyprop tanks stock off the shelf in this area ...
