New RO Filter Technology
Just read in the latest Popular Science about a new RO filter being developed by a Danish company to extract pure H2O from salt water at about a third of the cost and a tenth of the energy of conventional RO systems. No pumps are required. I think it is being developed for larger community water systems but maybe we as cruisers could benifit from this before long.
