Angry Mariner Stove Parts

Is there anyone out there who knows where to get parts for the discontinued Mariner Stove, originally manufactured in New Zealand. Mine is working well, but I have lost the tiny cap which sits on top of the pilot light for the oven. Cannot fabricate a new one, because I dont remember what it should look like.

Ozeink,

There's a 2008 CF thread called Broadwater/Mariner stove parts, and as you cruise down through it, there is a mention of a man in Seven Hills, NSW, who was selling parts for them at that time.

Cheers,

Ann

Re: Mariner Stove Parts

Way back in 2003 we had our Mariner stove complete rebuilt in New Zealand by the original creator and manufacturer of the Mariner stoves.

The burners for the original are no longer available, but he rebuilt our stove with a new type of burner that would take some metal work to do on your own.

It's been 11 years ago and I need to replace the burners again and happened to find that they are still in business and still refurbishing their old stoves, but you'll need to go to NZ to get it done!

They have a website with before/after photos. Our stove is nearly identical to the one they have pictured on their site. Both before and after photos! I don't think there has ever been a better stove made for the marine environment. Our igniter button for the oven is a small round button rather than a big square one as shown in their photos.

I'm sure they can help you!! Here is their website:

Steel Fabrication and Fitting Auckland | Stainless Fittings & Fabrications LTD - Services

Hope this helps!
