Manual bilge pump maintenance parts

I pulled the following manual bilge pump from my Beneteau First 305. The seal around the top is disintegrated but the diaphragm inside is serviceable. Due to the bad seal, raineater makes its way down to my bilge. Can anyone help me identify the model and provide any help getting the parts to fix it? Thank you!Click image for larger version

The logo looks almost, but not quite, like the Plastimo logo and Plastimo would make sense in that boat.

The other photos also look almost like the Plastimo 11723.

It's a wild guess.
