Leaving her on the Hard: How to prepare the fresh water systems

I am leaving my boat on the hard in Preveza, Greece, which from what I understand does not get below freezing. Should I leave my fresh water tanks (2x300 liter tanks) full or completely empty over the winter? If full I would imagine I need to add something to stop growth. If empty I wasn’t sure if there could be problems with components drying out. What do people normally do when putting the boat on the hard in a place that does not have freezing concerns?

I always empty our tanks and water lines at the end of the season and leave the taps open, just in case of some freak winter freeze. I also flush the engine and generator intake and heat exchangers with fresh water or antifreeze. Toilets are flushed with fresh water, then flushed dry.

Our boat is always left on the hard at the end of the season for a Med winter.

When we winterize, I empty the water tanks via a drain T, and then I use an air compressor to blow out all the lines. The final touch is a quick bump of potable antifreeze directly into the freshwater pump/accumulator tank.

Sorry that last post was my question.

I have read that you should flush the toilet with fresh water but how do you do this with the boat afloat in the sea?
If you pour fresh water into the toilet to flush will pumping it not damage the suction side of the toilet pump?
Confused.
