Re: Installing Macerator on Island Packet 31

G'day Toad,
I put the failure down to the fact I tried to use the macerator as the pump for directly out of the Lavac & I suspect the vacuum developed could reverse the blades on the pump section under "load" so to speak. It would / should be ok after the vented holding tank but I was trying for one pump does all solution. Out here the people who know best mandated the use of a macerator. I am very happy with the diaphram pump.
