If you had a LectraSan, would you run and then pump it into a holding tank in a NDZ?

Or would you just pump it into a holding tank and bypass the lectrasan.
Everytime you run a Lectrasan, you do shorten the electrode pack lifespan.

Would you use the same outlet to drain the holding tank overboard that the LectraSan is using?

Or would it back up and come out the head when draining the holding tank. currently have an electric Jabsco macerator head which feeds the Lectrasan.

Could be Wrong but I believe Lectrasan or similar cholorination units are not allowed in quite a few ndzs due to the high chlorine content, best to check all pertinent current regs for the area.

I would not run the unit if I was sending stuff off to a holding tank. There is wear and tear on the electrode pack and there is a decent current draw when it is running.

I don't worry about NDZs here, there is only one in my way and I just avoid it.
