Hot stoves?

Seeing as there is no "galley" section, I'll ask here. Mods feel free to move the stove if there is a galley section hiding someplace.

Is Dickinson the only maker of propane (LPG) stoves that still has top burners over 10,000 btu in capacity? Whether it is two or three burner, they use one 11,000 btu burner and 8,000 btu for the lesser one(s). And it seems like everyone else uses 8,000 btu for their primary, which is a cruel joke, that's for camping not for cooking.

Similarly Dickinson seems to have the hottest ovens, also more btu's than the competition.

Please, no discussion of alternate fuels or why lower btu's are all that's needed. Not here, not now.
