Horizontal Propane Tank

a horizontal propane tank came with my new boat. It definitely would fit better than the normal tank and it is lighter because it is made of aluminum.
But how easy is it to get filled, particularly in the Caribbean islands and Bahamas?

As far as I know they fill like any other tank. I have two on my boat.

We had one on our previous boat, and it was a PITA to get filled correctly in many places in the SWP. Here in Oz, most folks insisted on filling it in the vertical orientation... if they would fill it at all. I was glad to see the end of it!
