Eric- I have to admit that I dont know the brand- but I will this weekend during the survey. And- yes I have heard that a replacement if often a better option.

jackdale- good point I assume my biggest worry there would be to find a good replacment if the gasket is shot

The only thing I didn't like about the sani-flex stuff was the ten dollar a foot price tag (or something similar).
