Why do you want to know who made the plates? Boat Manufactures do not normally install holding plate refrigeration. You are going to have a difficult time determining who manufactured these plates as most of them come from small job shops.

If you are planning on putting this system back in operation you need to survey the complete system and obtain the missing parts. You indicate compressor is missing so what type system is it electric driven or belt drive or shaft driven? If you send me email pictures of all parts of this system and outside diameter of tubing going into plates I will develop a plan for you to restore this system.
