Hinges for Fridge Hatch - Bi-Fold ?

Hi

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with using bifold hinges for a fridge hatch. It is a top loading fridge that I am making and want a hinge that is flush with the countertop for obvious reasons. I have attached a photo of the hinge i am talking about. I'm concerned with the hinge "bifolding" or kicking upwards when pressure is put on it from the seal. I'm planning on using a flush ring pull with an inbuilt latch on the opening side. I'm not concerned with the hatch being able to fold back and sit on the countertop as there is a bulkhead in the way.

What is everyone else using/used for hinges here? Ideas? Photos??

Cheers

Sam
