help with new plumbing

hi all, just a bit of assistance please, All my previous boat's (mobos) plumbing systems have had 2 @ 12 volt in line pumps (whale) and each of the taps (h&c) incorporated 12 volt micro switches. With my new (to me) yacht I wish to install a more conventional parmax or similar pressure pump system (not sure about accumulator tank yet) and I'm also installing a 25 litre hot water tank (heat exchanger /mainspower) the pressure pumps that I've read about have a flow rate of between 11 & 13 litres per min,.and have 12mm/half inch outlets. Now to my questions, 1, can I use normal household plumbing fixtures for the sink and shower, the ones available here have a min flowrate requirement of 9 litres per min.and use 13mm (half inch) pipework, they are MUCH cheaper than dedcated marine fittings. 2, when the advertising blurb mentions multiple outlets, is each "outlet" one tap, or do they mean combined hot and cold taps. 3. will the "pressure'' system work with the hot water tank, can any reader forsee a problem, many thanks, cheers peter

YES you can only if you have an accumulater tank. As the pressure would eventually cause stress at the weakest point and result in LEAKS.

An "outlet" is a fitting from which water flows out of the pipe; such as a fawcett (with two taps).
