Help with ElectroMaax Water Makers.

Since ElectroMaax dropped their AquaMaax water maker line and have discontinued supporting their customers, I've been receiving and increasing number of phone calls from cruisers with their systems in need of help, everything from basic troubleshooting to parts.

Knowing the way John Stevens does business, it's really not that surprising that some unfortunate cruisers that plunked down a good chunk of cruising kitty cash are now told "We don't support that product any longer (phone hang up)".

So if you are unlucky enough to have bought an ElectroMaax/AquaMaax water maker and now need help with your unit, I'm happy to help.
Since John copied our water maker, down to the photos of our hands in the manual and word-for-word text, we know how the AquaMaax systems works.

As a Cruiser myself I hate to see cruisers getting screwed.
You can email me for help at:
Info@CruiseROWater.com
or call me at:
619-609-3432

Cheers

Re: Help with ElectroMaax Water Makers.

Rich,
Good on ya for helping.
As a Certified Bernina Technician, I'm in the same position as you.

A big dealer in the area folded and left a lot of customers with no warranty or educational support. Some of these machines retail for around $13,000.
I'm doing hand holding and education as well as handling a lot of paper work for no charge warranty parts.
I'm getting paid for tech time, that's all.

OTOH, I'm the "Last Man Standing" around here.
