you full price
for a new pump.
I need to amend my advice: First, report the loss to Groco AND UPS (or whoever the shipper was)...up to $100 loss/damage insurance
is always included in shipping
charges...Groco may have purchased addition insurance
, but prob'ly not. You'll have to fill out and submit a claim form. Hopefully you were smart enough to save the box, 'cuz UPS or whomever will want to inspect it for signs of tampering. The weight should be on the shipping
label...that should be a big clue as to whether the pump was in the box when it left Groco.
