Good knowledgeable marine toilet repair in San Diego area?

A very nice older couple who lives aboard a 40-something trawler needs help in unscrambling the mess he created trying to install two new macerating electric toilets. I don't have enough psychic ability to straighten things out from here...it's gonna require "eyes on" work. Do any of you know of a GOOD service tech who actually knows what he's doing, and who'll charge a fair price instead of sticking it to an older person, in the San Diego CA area?
