Gas (propane or lpg) Detector Fail

I have a gas monitoring system that's old and has now failed, unfortunately the solenoid is also switched on and off from the monitoring system. I figured I could just install a new switch for the solenoid, but unfortunately I can't make head nor tail of the wiring into the old gas monitor, there are no terminal strips everything is soldered to circuit boards. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Failing that does anyone know someone in Sydney that could help?
