Five oceans 1" (1-5/16" thread) thru-hull adapter?

I've seemingly run into an odd situation where I'm having trouble finding a suitable base for a five oceans stainless steel strainer thru-hull that has 1-5/16" threads.

Does anyone have a line on a good base for this and a seacock that work with either a base adapter or on the thru-hull itself?
