Dometic or Norcold Icebox Conversion kit

Anyone have an expericence with either of these? You cut out the existing icebox and ad one of these self-contained units to cool it. Dometic uses the Danfoss BD35F. Seems a better choice to build a good foam insulated box ot fit as apposed to do buying a ready made fridge. My configuration is tight so making a new box to fit existing space seems an inviting choice to me. Norcold advertises lower amps 3.1 vs Dometic at 4.0. Cost for both is the same at Defender.
