Does Anyone Know a Source for 45mm i.e. 1 3/4 inch Bronze THF Fittings?

Hello we 'inherited' the above thru hulls fittings. And we can't find anything for them! 40mm / 1 1/2in , no probs. but next size up, NADA! We've taken the sea loo out and just need to block/cap the THFs until such time as we lift out and block the holes completely. So we need a 45mm bronze (or ss) female thread and similar male, to screw onto them. Cant even find this size on ebay!

Wowsa... Cursory look (10 min) found nothing from the usual sources.... Any material... Temporary solution I would epoxy a plug in.... Rubber expandable plugs do exist, but this would scare the crap outta me as a thru hull plug.... even very short term... McMaster-Carr
