Converting USA Gas to Australian Fittings

I recently purchased an Irwin38 in California and sailed her to Australia.(great trip, great boat).
I now would like to convert the gas cylinder fittings and BBQ cylinder fittings to Australian specs.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have a flexible hose between the regulator and fitting? If so change the hose and fitting.

Only problems I had with gas in Oz last year was finding a suitable solenoid.. ended up going for an RV one as a temporary fix...

I consider myself blessed by the sea god! I simply swapped the bottle.
Everything fitted. Life is good
