Cleaning Salt deposits from Toilet bowls

Hello everyone.

I have 2 Groco toilets in my schooner that have salt buildup in the little holes inside the rim of the bowls, restricting the pressure water from flowing into the bowl like it should.

Any Ideas or product on flushing this buildup out?

Thanks in advance!
