Clean-outs for waste lines???

We are putting in a new holding tank and waste lines ...

....and I'm trying to use PVC pipe as much as possible. I'll use good sanitation hose at the ends, such as at the head and the tank's input and discharge so that I have some flex in the system. Most of the run will be PVC though. Has anyone used .....



.... 45's like above as clean-outs for the runs, especially from the head to the tank. I'm thinking of one at each end, but would only open the bottom one as a last resort if I had to. Still I'm thinking that it would be quite easy to take the plug out of the fitting up by the tank and run a snake downhill to the head if there was a blockage. Much easier than trying to pull hoses off of fittings.

When I've built my homes I've put these in the plumbing all over. Haven't had to use them, but they are there if needed.

Cleanouts are normally required at the base of stacks, and at each horizontal change of 45 deg. or more.
Cleanouts should also be installed every 75 - 100 ft of drain.
If there’s more than 1 change in direction in a run of a pipe, 1 cleanout every 40 ft is recommended.
None of these conditions normally apply to a boat.
Nonetheless, they can’t hurt, & could help; so go ahead.
