Clean cuts on water hose?

Port-a-band. Or a knife and diagonal cutters. When in doubt, tuck the cut wire under a clamp to keep it safe.

I was always trying to find an easy way to cut hose in my store. I had an abrasive metal cutting chop saw for cutting chain. Once I tried cutting hose with it. It worked great! Of course the store smelled like burned rubber the rest of the day.
