CLD Marine Refrigeration

I have a CLD Marine refrigeration and seperate CLD freezer system. Today the freezer had the second led (red) low battery light come on. At the same time, the green light on the freezer has been on solid and I am on shore power (and have been on shore power for the last 2 weeks). The refrigeration system is working just fine.

Shortly afterwards, the green light has gone off and the low battery led is flashing red.

How can the low battery light be on implying low battery when we are on shore power and the green light had been solid but is now off?

Can you please provide some guidance and advise and/or how to reach the appropriate people at CLD Marine?

Is there anything you can recommend or advise?

Thanks very much,

Michael

Disconnect shore-power and if unit runs normal on DC then that units AC to DC converter is defective, or that units AC breaker is open.

Problem appears to be fixed

Thank you for responses and I will keep the contact info for CLD marine for future reference. It turns out that the pump for freezer is wired to the port engine battery (who knows why they did that) and I've been on shore power for a while (which does not charge the port engine battery). Once I got that charged, all was good. Fridge is wired to house batteries and they have been charged fine all along.

Thanks again
