Anyone run a Dickinson Newport on 1/4” fuel line?

I can ask Dickinson on Tuesday but am curious if anyone already knows. I ask because I aim to use swap-able fuel tanks in a gravity feed system and the outlet on these is 1/4” NPT. I also ordered the quick release, double valve fittings (for swapping easily) in the 1/4” size because I thought I had read that 1/4” was ok....but now I can’t find that factoid or confirm it. So therefore this ask. Thanks, Will

While this is not any type of official answer, these heaters basically drip a drop or two into the burner once every several seconds. There is no major flow of fuel at all. A plastic coffee stirrer or a 1 inch pipe would allow it to do its job.

Yes, I do. Both a Newport and an Adriatic stove. 1/4" works fine.
Daytank roughly 1.5m above.

I do. Works absolutely fine. As noted there’s hardly any flow at all on these stoves.

Yes, to an Adriatic for the last 5 years. The feed is something like a teaspoon a minute on low, so no worries with amount being supplied.

I ran a Dickinson Antarctic for years with 1/4" and a little demand pump from the main tanks. Stoves use very little fuel.
