3 Way T-Port Valve

I'll be replacing all ball valves and thru hulls on my Bene in a few months, replacing the original factory fitted nickle plated brass fittings with DZR valves and fittings.
There is one valve which I cannot find in DZR, this is a 3 way valve in the galley. In one position it sucks sea water to the sink through a foot pump, in the other position, it sucks condensate water from the fridge to the sink.

I cannot find a replacement valve in DZR in the correct size (1/2" BSP thread)
Options at the moment are either nickle plated brass or 316 Stainless.
In the case I cannot find DZR valve, what is the best option, brass or stainless??
