Volvo folding 3 blade badly worn

hi Guys,
Hope you can help.
I have a Volvo 2040 shaft drive with a Volvo 3 blade folding prop. Has a fair bit of vibration above 2000 revs. On inspection the blades are badly worn on the s/steel pins flopping about.

Someone has suggested I can have it rebuilt? Any ideas? Should I replace it with a new one - they seem pretty expensive at $3000. I am in Sydney.
