trintella 29 prop problems

hi there i need some info from someone with a trintella i have bought a tuffglass 29 been told this is the same boat it had a old volvo penta engine whitch i have removed and put a vetus engine in now i have the boat in the water to find out that the prop is the wrong hand this much is fine but i have a problem now its in the water i do know a diver that wouid try to take it of under water or lift the boat out but does any one know if it will come of without removeing the rudder i no i couid take the shaft forward slighty to help also couid do with the overhaul sizes and pitch if anyone couid please help i wouid be greatfull thanks or a contact number thanks
