Re: Shaft log to stuffing box

Spent 8 bucks on O rings, 20 bucks on stainless bolts and a few bucks on packing.

The wife and I took 2 days to put everything back together, in the right order, and had her launched.

I now can run her up to 9 knots, without the stuffing box hatch ( Stateroom floor ) rattling in place.

It's something how a vibration can slowly sneak up on you and see the difference when it's gone.
