Shaft Coupling Removal

So there I was feeling good that removing the interference had gone so well. Got the exhaust hose off, random stuff moved out of the way, etc. Just my luck - the coupling does not look at all like I had expected nor does the Seloc manual show me anything that resembles this.

So how do I take this apart? It looks to me like a metal cover sits over the two halves of the coupling? So it seems to me that I should first loosen the large hex nuts on the horizontal surface of the coupling, then loosen the smaller bolts on the vertical surface that go through the flange halves? Lastly loosen the two lock-wired set screws that hold the flange in place on the shaft and then remove the flange.

Do I have this right?

Mark, Loosen the set screws with the wires first. There is a slide hammer that will attach to the threads on the end of the shaft. Drive the shaft out of the coupler first. You may need a bit of heat to accomplish this. Once the shaft is out of the coupler start unbolting from the transmission.
