new prop

hi everyone im putting a new campbell sailor prop on my boat and was wondering if i needed to do anything specific on here or is it just a straight swap. 27ft catalina yanmar 1gm10 engine currently 2blade prop new prop is a 3 blade. thanks

Did you put the prop on yet and did it work?

I'm thinking of doing the same thing.

Did you get the pitch/diameter recommendations from Campbell? Their recommendation run a little different from conventional propellers.

new prop works great. brought the cruising rpm down from 3200 - 2800 with more thrust and better control. great investment for sure.

Thanks for the information. It's alot of money but worth it if it works.

Hate to waste that much money if it didn't.
