Hydralign feathering prop

I am re-powering my 40' sailboat with a new Yanmar 54 hp engine and the boat came with a Hydralign Feathering Prop (uninstalled). We are having difficulty setting the pitch. Does anyone have experience (good or bad) with this problem?
