Gori props - wobble

Does anybody has knowledge about wobble in Gori props?
Both of mine, 2 blade, saildrive, have serious wobble, but in the bushing, not on the shaft or spline.
The Gori people have assumed the props are "rotten", but to their surprise, the hubs and blades are otherwise in great shape, with no dings, dents, corrosion, electrolysis, pitting, or wear.
The repair is over NZ$1000, and they are still not back from Denmark, 3 weeks later.
They are only 5 years old, and there is no explanation for what happened, or how to prevent it from happening again.
Until this occurred, I was very happy with my Gori props, but I can no longer recommend them.

Re: Gori props - wobble

Replying to a fairly old post. Maybe you have sorted this out already.

Anyway:

We have a three-blade Gori in a S-130 Saildrive. After a circumnavigation it had developed a serious wobble. It felt almost as if the propeller was coming loose from the shaft anytime. Turned out the culprits were two white donut-like hard plastic bushings inside the propeller. They had simply worn out. After replacing them the wobble disappeared completely, and after another 5000--6000 miles everything is still fine. Taking the propeller apart and replacing worn out parts inside it is very straightforward and easy. No special tools or adjustments are needed. Parts are fairly expensive, though.
