Gori prop - jammed in overdrive

My gori prop is jammed. The blades will swivel partway folded from overdrive but not all the way and certainly not right through to normal forward drive position.

I've gone down on it and cleaned off minor growth but it's not changed (not much growth anyway). It almost looks as though the blades are touching the hub and jamming there but I can't e sure (moving to better vis to have a look).

Anybody have any ideas? It was shifting in an out of overdrive well until the last few days and I haven't noticed any impact or anything else that could have caused a change.
