Gori gone again!!!

As we are in the process of purchasing a new catamaran we have been evaluating the pros and cons of fixed pitch,feathering and folding props and had come down in favour of the three bladed folding Gori prop,that is until last weekend when out sailing on a 18mth old Seawind 1160 , on return to the mooring when we started the motors only to find on selecting reverse on both we discovered that one prop was gone!!!!!!!!!!!
Has anyone else had this happen,and does anyone have an idea how this could all of a sudden happen. The prop apparently had not been removed since the boats launch.

If you look down at the bottom of this page, under the current discussion you should see several threads relating to the Gori props. and problems including their falling off.
