At beam of 2.9m you may not need pilot - just sinage etc . would only be issue of weight for towing vehicle.

Hi Ben,
as said width looks good, what is the height, max allowable with out heght permit is 4.3 metres.You will need sign, flags, flashing beacon and main roads permit.
