Question Sailing Lessons in Eastern Ontario ?

Due to our extreme inexperience, we thought it would be prudent of us to try and find some sailing lessons if there are any to be had in Eastern Ontario, say, in the vicinity of Ottawa, Gananoque, Brockville or Cornwall.

I've searched this forum for several place names, but haven't found any posts. With the St. Lawrence being quite nearby, I cannot imagine that this means there aren't any lessons to be had!

Does anyone know of anywhere around this area that offers training?

Not personally. My wife took the Basic Cruising course and enjoyed it.

try calling your local marina or yacht club. they will usually put on classes for beginners and also more advanced too.
