Cipher, not to discourage your dream job; but do you have ANY practical sailing or for that matter boating experiance? For my opinion, you'll not want to hear this probably, I wouldn't hire someone with out it. Forget the fact, you have passed a course in 1 day or 3 yrs, if you haven't been "in charge" of a boat at sea, and able to get some rough water experience, you may find you really aren't going to like it. Especially when the squall comes up, and it will. Best to you.
