1st : you can not use a PO Box with the USPS. They require a physical address also.

2nd : you can use a fwding address like Secure Mail Forwarding Service Great for Boaters, RVers and Travelers

3rd : FCC does not require a physical address, just a mailing address.
Can be a PO box, but see 1st above.

None of my licenses are with a physical (home) address.
Started out with a UPS box and then went to PO Box cause closer.
Will change to 2nd above when i purchase a vessel and all licenses and documentation will be through it.
