Dutch flagged boat lead by italia citiz n

Hi everybody

I was looking about own a boat and flag it as dutch(lot less expenses, law, strange italian and expensive law....)

Being italian i need the italian boating licence when inside italian water, while over 12n/m i don't need any licence, i can go everywhere around the globe.

But what if i want to charter the boat? Meaning make someone pay for a small cruise?

I've been told from a dutch flag expert that " if not regular. The chartering activity is possible up to 12 pax, providing that the skipper is entitled with a professional certificate of competence meeting the international STCW 95 Requirements "

Ok 12 guest for the solas rules,
That's mean just the stcw95 first aid, fire fighing, sea survival or means a yacht master ocean ICC?

What about taxation? I have been told that no tax has to be payed to dutch autority, but i have to check the local...??? in italy we have a law that you can charter or rent your pleasure craft for maximum 40 days at year and you only pay 20% of tax on the revenue.

In theory being italian citizen i declare me earnings and i pay taxes in italy...i should use the italian law...but it is not clear to me yet..someone can help me?

Thanks very much

I think you really need to ask an Italian tax accountant
