Build Evidence

I'm trying to set up a charter business on my yacht Savannah 54'2008
The USCG requires a Coastwise endorsement and to get that I need Build Evidence for the yacht .Any ideas how one gets that info from a company that is no longer in business?

The Coast Guard Documentation Certificate has the location built as one of the entries. I imagine if the vessel has been documented since it was built, then that cert. should be evidence of build location.
Also, you could search online for the vessel ID number. I imagine there's a database of HINs--at least, for your purposes, I hope there is.
