Yeah, find out what the hull is. Jay Benford designed a lot of one off work over the years, some wierd some cool. It could be CFlex foam with glass over, Cedar strips moulded, or as above ply strips moulded. If cold molded epoxy/cedar should be a real light boat!

After talking to the broker it appears to be cold molded epoxy/cedar.

Looks like a great little trawler, exactly the kind I would like for cruising that area even though I'm a sailor. Cruising in that area can be frustrating on a sailboat, because in my limited experience the wind is so fickle and the currents are so strong.

Relatively narrow beam most likely means the fore and aft walkways are not full length and I might be inclined to try and add a topside steering station, but these are nits, especially for that area.
