Where do you drop anchor? East coast south florida

What are some safe or popular places where people can drop anchor and spend the night on a 45 foot cruiser around east coast from vero beach down to Hollywood florida? TIA

Also looking for interesting places to check out. Have to hang around a while waiting for a few parts to come in.
