Tinitus?

Some description of the sound and exactly where its emanating from would help.

Re: Transducer noise

The noise is coming from the transducer itself, it's an intermittent noise, I unplugged all power including power dock cord and 12 volt. I installed a shutt off switch to unit, still made noise !

Unplug the transducer from the back of the lowrance sounder. If the noise stops you have a head unit problem, if the noise persists you have pistol shrimp.

Pistol Shrimp:

Deadly pistol shrimp that stuns prey with sound as loud as Concorde found in UK waters | Mail Online

not usually as loud as that. Lots of things on the bottom of the boat that can make noise, and maybe sound like it is coming from the transducer. Can you describe the sounds?

If you're getting a noise with all the power shut off, it's not the transducer. It wasn't making noise when you took it out of the box, was it?

Make sure you are really shutting all the power off. Unplugging it would be one way to make sure the power is off.
