Searching; getting started

I have spent most of my life on lakes across the south boating and recently spending a lot of time in the USVI, BVI's as well as the Bahamas. I'm wanting to find a Power Catamaran to keep around the Ft. Lauderdale and be able to get to my favorite areas. I'm not in a huge rush and I'm really just beginning my search. ANY & ALL tips would be appreciated. Thinking 40'-50' range.

Find a broker to find your boat for you. Tell hin/her what you are looking for, then it's his/her job to offer up possible solutions that are on the market, just as if you were buying a house.
