New boat - how much can I haggle?

Just wondering if on a new boat the out the door quote is 130k can I get that boat for 100k or less.

I am thinking 125k will buy that boat easy but how about even 90k or less.

You can always increase your offer....but you could never decrease it unless there was some sort of problem with the boat that would warrant a decrease.
