What are you thinking...trying to get to the Missouri river then to the Mississippi? From Google maps I can not tell for sure but it looks doubtful. Hope someone else can give you a more difinitive answer.

Nope...unless you can get pulled over to Port of Catoosa and head down the Arkansas to the Mighty Miss you are out of luck
