Well, we use a large shipyard that does their own work. They provide estimates and come within those on the work outlined. If anything else is required they get advance approval. They are use to working with businesses and businessmen who require bids, issue purchase
orders and abide by them.
They aren't cheap
, but no surprises and the work is done right the first time plus guaranteed. We're very happy with them.
