Ok, if we decide to buy a GB 36 for family cruising, what should we get for options, what should we be on the lookout for at survey and what should we avoid?

What should we expect to pay for an above average to mint condition GB 36 (circa 1995+) in the Mid Atlantic to Northeast (recognizing boats of that vintage might be difficult to finance in this economy)?
